Ok so I may have a bit of a sweet tooth, and my weakness is chocolate. I like to find ways to make unhealthy food healthier, so I can feel like I get to enjoy my chocolate treats and still be healthy. Here is a great recipe for avocado chocolate pudding. My son said it wasn't sweet enough at first so I dusted a little raw sugar on the top of his and then he was fine.
1 cup pure coco powder
2 tbs organic natural maple syrup (you can add or subtract here based on your taste and what you like)
1 tbs organic coconut oil
Option to add organic coconut flakes, hemp seeds, or any other toppings you like.
Blend everything together until its super smooth and think.
